Ingredients:

 

                2 to 3 cups Shishito peppers

                ¼ cup lemon juice

                2 Tsp sea salt

                1 Tsp olive oil

 

Instructions:

 

                Heat skillet on medium heat add olive oil

 

                Add Shishito peppers and stir

 

                Poor lemon juice and sea salt over peppers

 

                Cook until blistering and slightly charred
