Shishito Pepper Plants

The Shishito Pepper Plant produces a delicious pod for pan frying.  This plant produces a pod that makes a wonderful dish while it cooks, it even makes a unique sound from time to time.  This pepper works as a side or just a in between meal snack. Every now and then a pod has a little heat equivalent to a jalapeno which makes this pepper pods even more surprising when growing this plant. You cannot go wrong growing this plant.  In this order you will receive 2 live plants.  We do not ship live plants internationally currently.

These plants ship between 3’’ to 5’’ tall.  Please understand the sensitive nature of these plants and the care they need.  Pepper plants can be difficult at any stage when unpacking these pepper plants make sure to gradually adjust them to their new environment indoors out of direct sunlight be careful on your watering and water temperature also to not shock or overwater accidently.  Please make sure you are available at time of arrival of these plants for the climate may not be suitable for them to wait outside for your arrival.  The pepper plants adjust better to small transitions upon arrival so be extra careful on overwatering and putting near direct sunlight. After they adjust to their indoor environment you can start transitioning them in small intervals to shaded areas in the garden over 2 to 3 weeks. Please be aware of your heat and humidity indexes outside to your indoor temperatures so you can be fully prepared to help them adjust to your area after they arrive.

After orders are filled, shipping typically is in 2 to 3 days. We do not ship to Alaska, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, and Hawaii for the reason, a plant we carry is not allowed to be shipped to your state.  We do ask you check your states plant shipping restrictions before ordering if you have concerns if your state allows the product you are considering.  We do our best to stay up on each states policy to help.

At this time shipping can take a little longer with what is happening in the world we do our best to pick the carrier that is the fastest to get your product to you.  Please check your tracking email after ordering to stay current on projected arrival time we have no control of arrival once your product is in the carrier’s hands.  Please plan to be available when plants arrive or have someone available at the residence for the fact that plants can be vulnerable to the climate to long in certain areas before bringing your plants inside.  We do not ship internationally currently.
